Shipping and return policies
All orders are shipped via UPS. When purchasing from our store, you will select the UPS delivery service of your choice. For in stock items, most orders ship within 1-3 business days. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. We work hard to send your order as soon as possible. The least expensive shipping option is UPS Ground. All orders ship from our location. To determine the estimated transit time for an order shipped by UPS Ground, please refer to the shopping cart. When your order ships, you will receive an email message with a UPS tracking number. To determine the status of your shipment, you can visit the UPS website.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 30 calendar days from date of purchase to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be reasonable for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
